At Junesse Linen, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

Important Notice: Return Shipping & Customized Items
Please be aware of the following policies:
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Because many of our garments are made-to-order or customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly, either through a refund, exchange, or replacement depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and promotional purchases
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility for return, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order after your return is processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please email hello@twoskyretail.com and we’ll assist you further.
